When you buy merchandise, you leave this Site and complete your order on Rock & Race's website (rockandraceofficial.co.uk), which is operated separately and has its own privacy policy governing that purchase. We'd encourage you to read it before buying.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data directly from you in two ways on this Site:

• Contact form - when you send us an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Newsletter sign-up - if you subscribe for news and updates, we collect your name and email address.

We do not collect any payment or card details on this Site - all purchases are handled entirely by Rock & Race on their own platform.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries and, where you've subscribed, to send you news and updates about Rick Parfitt Jnr.
