Supporting Status Quo
Rick and the RPJ Rock Band warmed up the crowds at both the Cannock Forest and Dalby Forest gigs where Status Quo were headlining in front of 7,000 fans. The band were hailed as the best support act Status Quo has ever had. The Quo themselves commented on how they had never seen a support act get everyone in the crowd, from the front to the back, clapping in unison.

Summer Party
Rick and the band were the headline act at top haulage company Eddie Stobart's Summer party this month, playing to a crowd including the cast of Coronation Street amongst other VIP's.

Rocking at the Burns Festival
Rick Parfitt Jnr and the RPJ Rock Band were this years' Burns Festivals official after party act following artists who played over the festival such as Status Quo, Eddi Reader, Amy McDonald and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers.

Celebrity Soccer Six
Rick was invited by his good friends Mcfly to join their team in the annual Celebrity Soccer Six Tournament.
Rick along with Danny, Tom and Harry fought their way through to the quarter finals but were beaten by a very physical
team representing The Sun's Bizarre column. Rick got totally stuck in and has the bruises to prove it!

Rick rubs shoulders with Royalty
Rick Parfitt Jnr attended the Hurtwood Park Polo Club event this month to watch Prince Charles and Prince William play polo along with the likes of Bill Wyman, Jodie Kidd, Paul Young and also had the pleasure of sitting with Princess Beatrice over lunch.

The Emerald Ball
Rick Parfitt Jnr and the RPJ Rock Band rocked The Emerald Ball helping raise valuable money for the NSPCC.
